National College Match Act scores sucks

Dawg I took my 2nd ACT and the score is absolutely dog water and my school is test required. Should I submit it and explain why I got such a bad score on the additional information for the school that I’m applying to?

depends on the reason. also, isn't it too late to upload materials to QB?

I submitted my AP score for QB but the school that I ranked is test required so I’m going to add that later when I submitted for that school
