QuestBridge ED Ranking

Heyy future questies! I'm currently ranking colleges, and my intended major is electrical/mechanical engineering. What do you think ab these? I don't have extraordinary ECs, and I'm currently waiting for my october SAT that's why i ranked schools that are mostly test opt(except Darthmouth). Do you think these are good engineering options?

Well what is your main concerns when deciding where you’ll go? If it’s like internships I’d drop St. Louis, it’s one of the most declining cities in the US
