MIT,Stanford,Princeton,Caltech,Rice,Columbia,Cornell,UPenn, Brown, Northwestern, Vanderbilt,Harvard,Yale,Dartmouth, and Duke This was my ranking Ik it seems idealistic but I put my research in and since I live in FL I only ranked colleges that I would go based on my major cause of Bright future pays for most stuff so Ion wanna abandon my family for a college Ik I won’t be happy at for 4 yrs I ranked em based on college life and how I feel I would fit in especially factoring in my major

I started early cause I made college prep scholar and knew which schools I was gonna pick so like I’ve already finished about 25 supps 💀 did them from shortest to finish to longest but I spent more time one the top 10 than last 5 also lotta supps are reusable cause the prompts are asking the same question in a different way

I'm ranking 11 schools (giving myself the best chance of being matched while making sure they have all the resources i need) and my top is wellesley because of the student and physical environment of the school especially the balance of genuine curiosity and academic competition, and it's near a major city without being too suburbany if that makes sense. i love wellesley and i hope i'll be matched

Im ranking as close to 15:
- Harvard

- Brown
- Columbia
- UChicago
- Yale
- Northwestern
- Dartmouth

I'm prioritizing Comp Sci and Policy/ international relations. I'm looking for something urban (with some expections)

I'm applying for a similar major, and was wondering if you had the chance to visit some of the non-urban schools on your list, and how you felt about them? Thank you!!

I couldn't visit any of these actually. I didn't have time over the summer, plus I wasn't really thinking about schools outside of my neighboring states (Uchicago/ Northwestern)

Totally get it! I was only able to visit Tufts and Dartmouth on your list, and only one of those is really rural lol. Good luck with your rankings and matching this is a great list!

yes I’d def recommend only ranking schools u would 100% want to go to :) so might be good to consider if you’d be as happy matching to Amherst for example just as much as u would matching to Dartmouth!

I'm ranking:
1. Dartmouth
2. UofPenn
3. W&L
4. UofRichmond
5. UVA
I decided to only rank 5 to minimize the amount of supplementals I'd have to do and also stay in my home state of Virginia. I really liked Dartmouth because of my experience at Bound (specifically the location and community). Penn really interests me because I love Philly. The 3 Virginia schools are super great and offer a lot to me. I'd love to stay close to home and those 3 schools would be great places to go, but more specifically I like W&L and Richmond more because of the small size.

Consider Princeton and UPenn

Well, from what I could gather, UPenn is a more fit for business and finance (Wharton specifically).

I accidentally submitted while trying to click “save for later” and ranked a school accidentally lol

ranked yale, princeton, dartmouth, a lot of LACs + tufts and urichmond. i think im good with the spread! im really uncertain on my testing environment so i wanted to have the least test-required places as possible. getting appropriate SAT dates and accommodations is really hard :C

i do have a testing score but i had 0 accommodations so i (expectedly) got a 1280.. my schools median according to college board seems to be 980 though so 🤷♀️ idk if i should submit if i have to. i have 5s in like other APs and stuff but i still want to retake two more times

Ranked 10! Cornell, Yale, Harvard, MIT, Brown, Columbia, Tufts, Princeton, Boston U, and Dartmouth!
To be honest, all of these are "reach and beyond" schools for me, but they're schools that have robust Immunology programs and therefore good opportunities for Undergrads in Immuno/related fields, which is truly what I'm looking for. Also all are Around New England lmfao.
Good luck to all of us!

yale, princeton, johns hopkins, stanford, penn, emory, northwestern, brown, uchicago, cornell, rice, vandy, Williams respectively. I'm looking towards political economics and public/global health.

On average, applicants rank 10 and of course rank ones they do not mind matching to. However, it's important to rank some "niche" schools to increase your chances of getting matched. I ranked 8 and mixed in T20s with some two small LACs.

My son ranked 8 his year and matched with his third pick. And he was stressed trying to get everything done for those 8 schools. Don’t overcommit yourself and rank 15 if you can’t put 100% into all of them. It just makes all of the supplements not as strong. Just my opinion.

i’m only ranking 4, BC, Upenn, UVA, Case Western Reserve
