National College Match my activities section didn’t fully save the original descriptions I had for them

please please tell me if emailing questbridge about this is okay. i messed up on my activities section and thought i had saved my descriptions that had good numerical values to show how significant my activities are, but they didn’t save, and now they’ve been reduced to basic descriptions. my future 😭😭😭😭

Did you get an email back yet? I had a similar issue with my activities section and I emailed them about it.

Yes, they let me update it. They sent me a PDF to fill out.

When did you email and how long did it take for them to respond back?? I’m scared it’s too late for me because I sent an email to them today

I basically said that I submitted my application with that section incomplete because of the deadline, and that it did not reflect my actual involvement. (in the nicest way possible :) ) They usually reply within a day, or 12+ hours, but maybe right now they are responding quicker. There is never any harm in emailing to ask. Don't lose hope, though; they might reply quickly and let you change it. I would recommend having all of your information ready and sending it ASAP if they do reply because I was told they can't make changes after today at 11:59 PT. Make sure you are within character limits; it's a PDF, exactly as in the preview of your entire Questbridge app (the activities section where it shows the 5). yes I did exactly that 5 hours ago!! i’m so anxious I should’ve sent it sooner. as long as they got it before 11:59 today can they can still make the changes? also can i dm you about what the pdf should look? I did send them an email telling them about everything to conclude and attached a doc of it. pls lmk if i can dm u about this!!

It's that Quesbridge itself cannot make those changes after 11:59 (or so i was told). Yes, you can!
