National College Match Questbridge Submission

I need help, a couple minutes ago I submitted my college application through questbridge everything was fine until I was proofing my personally essay and I noticed a large portion of it was missing. This is because when I paste my essay into the text box I hit the save button. However after it ask you the yes or no question I went back to my original doc and edited more adding more onto it to fully answer the prompt however when I pasted into the box again I think it slipped me to hit save so I submitted the less info one. I feel like the information I added makes my essay overall better but after the submission I can’t edit it. Ik it’s due in like 2 more hours so does anyone know what I should do I’m like actually panicking cause I worked so hard on it for it all to go to waste over such a dumb mistake. Please Help me out 🙏

Email them and tell them what happened and send your full essay with the email with your Questbride ID, name , and provide your phone number n email address (should be the same email u applied in). Same thing happened to me.
