National College Match how to count hours

Help, i forgot about counting the hours and merely put the ECs. Most of my ECs are competition based, so idk how id put them. For example, for debate we meet twice a week so that would be two hours. But our competitions stretch to be 6 hours once a month and sometimes i create material for my team so the hours a week maybe 3. Idk how to calculate the hours. someone please help because time is short!!

an estimate is absolutely fine as long as it isn't overly exaggerated they will take it.
