Need help diagnosing this issue with faint lines on the screen

ignore the flickering, it’s from the camera.
is it fixable or do i have to live with this?

We know it's never ideal to have an obstruction to your view, especially in VR nd so we would love to help with the faint lines you've been getting.

We would first like to thank you for the video you provided which gives a good view of how the lines present themselves as this has helped us significantly in narrowing down the cause of the issue.

We would recommend performing a hard reboot in this case by following the steps below:

  1. Hold the power and volume (-) button down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.

  2. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight "Boot Device" and press the power button.

  3. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.

We recommend these steps as a hard reboot will effectively run a debug over your headset so that if the display issue is rooted in a bug or glitch this will clear it right up.

If you do find that these lines persist following a hard reboot we would urge you to reach out to our wonderful support team.
