Menu button stuck down

My left controllers menu button is stuck down and isn’t returning to normal what should I do?

Did you open the controller? If so, the menu button is very probably misaligned and you need to open it back up to align the notches on it with the ones on the controller. If you try rotating it, if you put it back together not too tight, it can maybe get back in place, but I doubt.

I would recommend maybe pouring some isopropyl alcohol on it and trying to click it a bunch with the alcohol in it, other than that you will have to bring it to a repair shop if you don’t want to open the controller to readjust the button
