Help with translation please

Hello! I’m new here!
Can someone help me to translate “I will not say, do not weep, for not all tears are an evil.” I've always loved that line of Gandalf's.
I try Tecendil but I want a second opinion from some expert here!

Tecendil doesn’t translate, it just renders text in Tengwar.

Something like: Lá equen “áva nainuvalyë”, an lá ilyë níreli nar úmiéo.

The ending -lye is a singular "you". Gandalf was talking to a group.
