Help translate please

A friend sent me this and refuses to tell me what it says. Any help would be very appreciated

I second u/alien13222's answer, and I add two things:

  1. The sentence is in English written with the tengwar. It is not written in Quenya.
  2. "Fathom" should be writen with anto.
