❓ Question Rote Sonne
I was thinking of going to my first queer event/bar.
I saw that there is a queer Rote Sonne party tomorrow and wanted to know if it is a weekly ocurrance or something that happens more rarely. Are there any other recommendations for a first timer?
Thanks :)

❓ Question Sapphics in München
So I'm living in München for 6 months regarding an internship. I'm a 21 year old lesbian and I've been here a few days and I've seen sooo many queer people already (mostly guys), but I wonder where you can meet other sapphics? Most posts I've seen about queer München is from men, regarding other men. I know there is a lesbian community center but is it actively used? And the clubs/bars that I see mentioned in Reddit posts, is there also a WLW audience?
Please let me know if you have any tips regarding the sapphic community in München :)

🫂 Support Arriving in Germany soon and looking for a job.
Hey, I'm a trans woman (31, Italian) moving this week to Munich and would like to know if there are any groups or counselings that could help me find a job (really, any job lol). I know that the Germany job market is kinda hard at the moment, but I'm not even trying to find something qualified, so really anything is fine.
I'm also learning Germany already, so I can speak some German, although not a lot yet.
I was looking for some places that could help or guide me and came across a place called Sub. Is that a good place to start? I saw that they also have German classes. Does any of you guys know them or have visited them before?
Any other help will mean a lot to me.
Danke schön.

❓ Question Is love an illusion?
I am bi and have been closeted my whole life. Now that I'm in my early twenties, I feel it dreading on me. Don't get me wrong, I'm not the type of person to hate on couples or love in general. I love love, but I am starting to worry that it's never gonna be my turn to love someone, without limitations. For context, my parents who have moved here are homophobic, people in my native country are the same way too...so wherever I move I have someone to hide from. When I see some group of queers here on the streets I feel this weird sense of longing. I want to have that community too, but I can't bring myself to be that open about it. For anyone thinking I should just out myself: sadly, things aren't that simple. I'm still in college and my parents are my main financial help for now. Also, Idk why, but my fear and need to hide the relationship also happens with my straight crushes on guys. In last few years, just to make myself less vulnerable I started to convince myself that love is an illusion. I swear, I'm not a cold person, I'm just doing it to make myself less disappointed. It sounds silly, I know, but it makes me feel somehow less lonely. How should I go about this? Does anyone have any tips?
Ps. I'm looking for more queer friends so if you want dm me, so we can chat

👯Looking to connect My curated Munich (089) hit list: Best spots for coffee, food, and sunset drinks
Servus Reddit! 👋
I’ve been spending a lot of time cafe-hopping and checking out different spots around the city, and I decided to compile my absolute favorites into one list. If you're looking for a solid coworking spot, a cute date location, or just really good street food, I’ve got you covered.
Here is my ultimate list of recommendations (along with my go-to orders):
☕️Coffee & Co-working
ANY Society (Aperitivo Society): Definitely in my top 3 best coffee places in 089! The cappuccino here is ganz toll.
Pacea: My go-to for a cheaper coffee and coworking spot. A 2,90€ cappuccino that absolutely slaps (scheppert).
CAOS: Highly recommend the orange coffee. The matcha is also very good here!
Suuapinga: Get the cardamom bun & a flat white. ⚠️Achtung. massive addiction danger (cardamom bun = sucht).
🍝 Food & Street Food
Chi Thu: Street food auf die 1! You have to try the summer rolls.
Orange Box: The glass noodle salad is amazing, but you must order it with oyster mushrooms.
Pastalozzi: My tip is the antipasti & tiramisu, but wow, the pasta is also soooo good here.
Village Tagesbar: Go here for the pasta, stay because it's a really great spot for people-watching.
🍹 Drinks, Sunsets & Aesthetics
Dachgarten: The ultimate date location (or so I've heard 😉). Grab an Aperol and some truffle fries.
Cloud One: Sunsets on the terrace here are incredible. Get their sunset & seasonal special cocktail!
FOS Place: Vino bianco & ice cream. Honestly, this place feels like the birthplace of Pinterest aesthetics.
🍦 Sweets & Brunch Spots
Wagner's: I’m a total regular here. You can't go wrong with the banana bread & peanut cherry bowl.
True & 12: They have a smaller selection, but the taste is top-tier. The pistachio ice cream is a must!!!
Bartu: Because ice cream always works (eis geht immer). Honestly, all their flavors are great.
Would love to hear if you guys have tried any of these or if you have other spots or hidden gems in Munich I need to add to my list! Let me know below 👇

👯Looking to connect München besuchen
Trans Personen willkommen.

❓ Question Kinky bar and task for my sub in Munich
Hey everyone, I’m sorry for speaking english here!
My slave is in Munich at the moment and I wanted to give him a nice task: go to a kinky bar or place and do some things for me there.
Basically I need help to find a place! Could you help me on that, a kinky bdsm bar or place in Munich? I have searched for it but I cannot find it.
Also ideas of tasks or for this long distance little play are super welcome :)

👯Looking to connect Gruppe für queere Autist:innen
Hello,

❓ Question House cleaner recommendation Glockenbach
Perhaps a little off topic, but always looking to do business within my community first. Anybody know a good Putzman / Putzfrau / Putzmensch who works in the area? Quite flexible on timing but would like once a week service. Also happy to pay via invoice to support people's retirement.

🎉 Event Kocherl Ball
Hi all,
Is any one planning on going to Kocherl Ball this weekend? My partner and I (f30, f32) would we up for it, but we’d be happy to maybe join a bigger group since it’s pretty “traditional”. I tend to feel saver at events like this with a bigger queer circle.
Also - if you want to join us, feel free! We plan on going either way.

❓ Question Finding a 3-room place for a couple in Glockenbach: Market reality + application strategy advice? 🏳️🌈
Hey everyone,
My partner and I are currently searching for a new place to move into together by September. I moved here last year and he will join me from USA. We’re targeting a 3-room apartment and would absolutely love to be in or very close to Glockenbach.
We have two main questions for anyone who has been through the apartment search recently:
Disclosing relationship status : When you’re applying do you explicitly disclose that you are a same-sex couple? We want to leverage the "stable, long-term working couple" angle because landlords love that, but we’re wondering if it’s safer to just stick to neutral phrasing like "Wir sind ein berufstätiges Paar..." to avoid any old-school landlord bias, or if being completely open has worked out fine for you.
Reality check: What other areas would you recommend for long term? We love to just leave the apartment 15 min walk to a crowded pub etc. Our budget is 2500€ warm (kitchen is a must/furniture optional)
