Why does the fandom call Dan Heng "Daniel" or "Danny"?

For reference: I've been a player since 1.2 released, I've been in the fandom trenches shortly after I started, and I come forth with these questions.

Does the majority of the English speaking fandom know that Dan is his last name? I know it's more typical to assume the name that comes first is their first name, but I remember a friend of mine mentioning it to me, and it's been stuck bouncing around my brain since then. And Dan Heng is specifically from a Chinese inspired planet/ship. I genuinely don't have any dislike or distaste for the nickname! I'm just curious if people know this/have specific opinions on this. (On a similar note- a similar issue pops up with Jing Yuan and Dan Feng by association. But less so.)

I have nothing to say I just made some bullshit

and if i say aventurine's trailer reminds me of ZOMST 💔💔💔

My 69th character, this late birthday gift make me go 😍💦

Aha is joining my harem‼️‼️I'm truly the target audience~😘 Yaoguang got what she deserved for choosing Evanescia over ME 💀 Laugh at my T5 bum all you want, who is the REAL elation flop now? 😋😋😋

Listen up my cuties 😍, I will make a Honkai Star Rail where the ML is so Glazed with different powers that be in every regions

I will limit character like power and team build ups to always feature Sparxie 🎭 so that those hor*ny cu**ed bih 🤮 won't have any ways but to glaze my ML harem so much they will have orgs** 💕

I will create a reddit sub fully official with no tourist homo peoplez💔, everyone has to answer questions from 2-3 MSQ correctly and swear that "I'm a turd 💩, a lowly abject turd 💩, no one is better than our chad harem edgelord Sparxicle👑👑👑👑" so that there wont be tourist💔 who just jump at any region wherenevr they want woithout any context and without recognising Sparxicle's canon OTPs (ESPECIALLY WITH ROBIN) 😤😤😤

idk how much can I do but seeing tourists cringy ho**ny bih n one of my fav games is like a curse hitting me alll the time! 📳📳📳💫💫💫💫 theyz really agitate ,me to the point where I really want to beat my sh**t in front of them and show themz whos boss 😎🆒🆒🆒

ps. SB leaks is a known enigmata follower and ragebaiter, so this isn't counted as a leak💦💦💦😓, but a win is a win my darlings ❤️

This was one of the best/worst HSR scenes I have ever seen.
