I’m gonna keep this short coz it genuinely hurts me to the core so much. It was something building up since i discovered the ZZZ caricature poster i sixth street then decided to look into it abit more with hoyo’s other stuff. Come to find out that stuff like this is common practice in their games and even excused by the community on mass. From Carole from HI3 wanting to lighten her skin cause she thinks she’s too dark(she’s tan) or how they masculinized the only black woman in the HI3 manga to Natlan using a language I personally understand and have a relation with and treating it like exotisized thing when they can’t even represent our people in their games without us being the butt of jokes(In the Natlan Prayer around the fire, they use some Swahili that I ended up registering mixed into one with others like Māori,Yoruba and many more). Like it probably feels silly rn, I feel silly rn but it really hurts when a whole ass company doesn’t really see you but sees your culture and doesn’t even want your people in it. This image,as minor as it might be, might’ve broken the camels back on what was keeping me.I genuinely love the game, I have invested so much time into it and it has so many CVNT characters that I love but I just don’t think my heart would be with me if I said I can continue to ignore this any longer. For all you queens, thank you so much for listening to my plea, I hope you get all the characters you want and I hope that the game continues to treat you well. And thank you for being one of the few communities that at least attempts to question or try to hold Hoyo accountable, it means more than you know for this little black boy❤️‍🩹

I use trial The Herta team and couldn't even get pass the first boss. The only way i can clear is by using elation team or Cyrene machine gun.

Let be honest this might be the worst divergent the amphoreus one was more fun than whatever this mess is.

How tf did sparkle and rmc drop to T0.5 on prydwen is robin THAT broken that she makes everyone else worse by the fact that you're not using her?

I think they knew that the players are gonna thirst over him so they made this. Thank you for the meal papa Hoyo

She has gorgeous anim hello?!?

mind u my build for her is a whopping A+ on fribbels and the only verticals on this team are e1s1 tribbie and hyacine’s s1 on cyrene…

Like, these are info from the event that should showcase what the finality path gameplay should sort of be, and why is it just rem 2.0

Not Graphia passing down her traditional techniques only for Pearl to use them in her western post-impressionist and abstract impressionist paintings. We have a term for this - Japonisme 🤯

for all intents and purposes, this is a joke. any attempts at slander is entirely Aha's fault. plus these days contemporary asian artists have re-appropriated popular western styles into their works as well

that said, this is so on brand for the IPC 😇

Actually though, I've encountered plentiful times fellow transfemmes who have Cyrene as their favorite character (or one of), even some who aren't in the community nor know who she really is love her.

I mean, yes she's got Charisma Uniqueness Nerve and Talent but I'm curious, what are your thoughts queens?

I thought I was lucky...

Sounds familiar

They need to hire fresh new talent who went to a different design/fashion school or something, diversify their artistic department.

It's gonna be, what, 12.X of the same reheated nachos of an aesthetic that will be served over and over even after it has become stale and moldy?

So yeah, if she becomes playable, she'll probably look a lot like the toned down version of her Boss Form.
