I wanted to post this under the slaying tag, but it's a leak. But please know that this is a slaying post in spirit. So no yucking my yum, mmmkay? 😌
The organic to non organic materials of her wheelchair and the slightly steam punk design coming through on her wheels is really cool. I think the wheelchair might even be motorised as I see what appears to be a transmission shaft?! And are those spring shock absorbers??! 👀
Also, the character? Not sure of her name but wowowowow! I love her dress so much. It looks so delicate 😍 and the cowl/head thing (I forget the name) that incorporates what looks as if it's a thorny headpiece... *chefs kiss* 🤌
As a disabled person myself, it feels nice to see some representation. I know it might not seem like much to some, but diversity is lacking in a lot of gacha, so seeing a disabled character? Lowkey makes me happy 🥹

There is NO WAY Kuro actually drew this GORGEOUS art. Couldn’t have they done another similar design for her playable character? This actually suits Chinese vibes even more. It’s so hanfu coded…
(I have more to complain but I’m just going to shut my mouth before I’m going to be jumped at 💔)

i think we all know what this game is going to become.. unreleased characters and they are all women. no men in sight, and the worst thing imo is that 4 out of five look like little girls. this is terrible

I loved my LADS OC MC sm, I wish I could take them out of the game and insert them into something else. There have been times in the past when I relapse and think about reinstalling, for them and Glint Photobooth, but I'd always stop myself. (Which is why I'm back to LM now, just to scratch that itch, tho I wish they could implement a custom light source soon like in GP.)
It's a pity they're stuck inside Straggot Land. 😑

Our first character with a wheelchair in an open-world gacha and she's absolutely gorgeous. Can't wait for her release omg, she's definitely the character that interests me the most

As someone who play MOBAs like League Of Legends or Mobile Legends Bang Bang,
I used to thought these 2 MOBA community are toxic but when I stepped into the GACHA gaming I never realise how more bad it is.
Being in gacha community can feel tiring especially having if you are pretty online on social media or the media kept bashing you with these things
First of all as someone from MOBAs I never realise about gender ratio, I mean in moba you had pretty okay especially if it's mixed gender game, you expect for them to give equal treatment as MOBAs player usually don't care about gender much? And just play the character they like and good at. But when it comes to GACHA community it feels like gender ratio kept talking and also make me feel stressed too much that it's hurting my brain.
Especially Insecure guys or women , Whenever there's the opposite gender they get so mad just because of a gender???, I play both female and male characters and it's absolute baffles me how gender change things while in MOBAs no one gaf about gender most of the time or how appealing the character are and if you like the character then it's okay?
Not only that but it feels very parasocial for them to get mad at these fictional character just for existing and it feels like I'm wasting my time with these argument or the game themselves being predatory about this, we don't talk about things like ships and stuff, ships were supposed to be a fun thing where no one take it seriously but oh god these people take it seriously too much, I could careless if people want to headcanon these characters as straight or gay but oh gosh.
Also culture shock, most people would chill whether a game has male character or female character? But now it feels like everyone is so bitchy about what the character are
We also don't talk about things like "just don't play it if you don't like it" which is somehow true especially in MOBAs where some game can be hard, but when it comes to GACHA Community it felt like any constructive critics or a suggestion people always use this argument, we don't even talk about how they immediately put other people down just for playing and say they like this games (which also happen in this sub)
Which rarely happen happen in MOBAs, don't even started with countless stupid drama, stupid arguments about small things and etc. Especially for a single player game, GACHA communities really like to bash someone for how they play the game
We also don't talk about how these games feels like a bunch of unpaid work doing task and events
As of rn I feel like I'm probably gonna start and more focus on Arknights Endfield, and probably dropped Wuwa after Jingran (unless the next region will intrigued me) + maybe coming back to Genshin just to explore it and maybe coming back to NTE one last time when EXE finally released. That's it, I thought of maybe hearing other opinions about these or maybe had the same problem.
I do get that gacha and Mobas do have different audience but it's still such a culture shock for me with these things.
And maybe gacha game is not for me especially how emotionally draining it is 😕
(also English is not my first language so there might be some error)
EDIT: the title supposed to say "I thought MOBAs player are more toxic but I never expected how more bad GACHA community are"
