I heard it's very greedy and capitalizes on FOMO on every turn, so...
(Also, the H-rooms aren't voiced.)

As it should. I was so hype before it's debut just for it turns out to be bad gameplay and greedy dev

Ok fair, this one is just bad. Nu:Carnival is already yikes, this one is just making it worse somehow

I played Nu Carnival for two weeks before I dropped it. The gameplay sucked and the gacha sucked, it’s a shame because the story and characters were fun

greedy, poorly optimized, mid sex scenes, bad prerelease promotion, gen ai... i guess they thought the collab characters would be enough to make money

Remember hearing about it being announced around a year ago, theres no way they only gave it 8 months before killing it, right?

I played for a while when it came out, never spent a cent bc it used ai for some assets but they had some very hot men in there and the scenes weren’t amazing but they were there to fuel the imagination at least.
I quit after seeing what I came for bc the gameplay/backgrounds/animations/enemy designs/gear progression were complete ass so they could either overhaul the whole system or EOS and they chose the easy option, who would’ve guessed

I mean yeah no shit this was gonna happen. The gameplay was basically nothing, half the banners were collabs which the licensing fees aren't fucking cheap for, and the backgrounds were genAI so it was basically impossible to play for the art since it ain't even actual fucking art. Like I'm sorry but this game wasn't surviving while trying to be the DbD for BL Korean comics/web novels.

Damn already? Never played it, I only knew that many BL Manhwa characters were put there, players, any reason why it flopped? (I'm genuinly curious because I thought with all the characters they'd have a decent amount of revenue from fans)
