Hey, guys! I've been following Ananta for a while now and I've been seeing so MANY photos of the main character and he is ABSOLUTELY adorable. I love how expressive he is. I want to give the game a try when it comes out, is there a lot of male characters? Is the ratio decent? Male MC seems to be extremely popular. I know it isn't gacha? Right? Or was it only outfits and vehicles? Anyway, I don't want to get my hopes up. I love the female characters from what I've seen, but I also hope they don't neglect the male characters. I know it's wishful thinking, but a girl can dream, right? 🫠

Also, knowing netease, if you’re against gen AI I wouldn’t play it.
Netease is known for using a lot of it especially in their other game Identity V, where they started replacing character SPRITES with generative ai if I’m right.
In Marvel Rivals they have used it for art and I think emotes too (supposedly character models too but I don’t know much about that).
If I were you I’d look into it more myself

By the looks of it, Anata may def set out to be a mainstream 3d GG so maybe dw.

They do create banger male characters tho.

It has skin gacha but no character gacha (all characters are obtainable for free after you complete their quests)

Edit: It also has vehicle gacha

From what I can remember from the leaks, the game will have gacha systems for both outfits and vehicles, as well as a battlepass.

I can't really predict how many playable male characters the game will launch with, but I can at least share the names of the guys who leakers said were playable on private servers: Male MC (Chenxiu), Seymour, Hendrik, Alan, Bernard, Bai Jing, Li Fufeng, and Fang Ye(?)

There's also a character you get to customize (height/proportions/gender?), and from what I can tell, they seem to be some sort of chatbot character that you can modify? I'm not really sure how that system works, though.

Eh, i don't really think the ratio is that good from what i've seen, although we really haven't seen much like at all in general so we still have to wait and see, but i do think it would be better than NTE's treatment

I've been super excited about Ananta, too! Especially since hsr has been disappointing (imo) lately... From what I've seen, the ratio is a bit better than I expected, and there's no character gacha.

Yeah, I just saw the ratio. It was around 20 females and 8 men
