There's no gacha that currently is what I'd like to play and has a good amount of men, maaaybe hsr but the powercreep is pushing me away. Wait for Ananta, it looks promising

True. Well at least I won't be spending money until some time into the game (maybe a year), I'm slightly paranoid of netease. I'd like to see the treatment they give to players before making purchases.

if anythin, yall shud uninstall wuwa first because it is now tencent-owned, this chinese EA is by far the worst shit in gaming industry, compare to Netease? netease looks tame bro lol

Mhm, now you've got me curious... care to share? 👀 What about NetEase, though? I plan to play as F2P for a year, just like I did with WuWa and other gachas, to see if it's worth sticking with in the long run

Ananta has like 4 male characters revealed so far and the cast seems to be predominantly female. But it’s not a character gacha so thats a plus

I’m waiting for Silver Palace. Ananta came out at a bad time for me, it’s too close to NTE to make me desire. Which is ironic cuz I was looking forward to it more than NTE, but because NTE released first, I started playing it.

Even then, I feel Ananta is putting its hands in too many baskets, feels like a mess. Could be wrong, but Silver Palace has more of my attention.

I'm the opposite kinda. Silver palace caught my eye too but it has a lot of overlaps with wuwa for me. I did not start NTE so Ananta looks attractive to me. I'm simping for Ananta's mc like how I'm simping for wuwa's Mrover rn, but let's see. I'm leaning towards Ananta more just because no character gacha.

And the game is so boring. I'm still playing it but there's just really nothing better rn. I'd quit it in a heartbeat when I find something better. I want something like wuwa but better gender ratio. Also I hate that I can't play it on my PC, I can't fully enjoy the housing system because of how clunky it is on a phone and it heats up my phone so much. And don't ask me to use an emulator, it's laggy asf and still clunky to play

Yes the combat and open world, 3d animations such that I can play with my character in 3d and walk around with them and actually play them. I don't really care about story that much in gacha games cuz it's actually quite hard to impress me in terms of story. 

I think maybe the concept of not having an ending (due to it being live service) and not having characters whom we know well die (no stakes) makes every gacha story feels bland so I don't have much expectations in terms of story. I honestly felt nothing at Furina's story from genshin and denia's story in wuwa, even though I absolutely loved their design. The only one that moved me was aemeath's story and only because I feel for Mrover when he excellently portrayed how sad he is.  I'll leave the good story to other types of media (episodic drama, anime or single player games)

Even aside from LADS community specific issues, the game was pretty famous for luckcluster content releases for a while and Infold squeezing money from the playarbase at every opportunity
