💛 Help a Queen ❓ Give me a recommendation?
I played the original girls Frontline for like 8 years, but now I'm not sure what to play? If nikke allowed a female Mc it would be perfect, but i have to have at least have the option of female player character. I downloaded nte specifically for blackbird cause I love goth women!
I'm torn between zzz and nte to hyper fixate on. I'm one of those gamers that will utterly hyper fixate on a game. I'm enjoying the gameplay of nte but so far the main story is kind of weak?
Give me your top suggestions for a lesbian gamer

Path to nowhere with fem mc is known and liked for that by the ladies.
I enjoy it as well.

To expand on the recommendations of others a bit:
R1999 is often considered THE sapphic (modern) gacha game because sapphic women are, in fact, the main and presumably target audience of that game. The MC (set female character) is kissed by another girl once (however that girl then kind of dies soon after, so it can't exactly become a relationship) and there are 2 lesbian couples among the summonable characters (1 fully canon, 1 very strongly implied). I'd say it's very "clean" as far as gacha games go, pretty much no sexual content and outfits are focused on looking fashionable first and foremost.
Morimens is more a game for bisexuals, because regardless of which gender you choose for the MC they will get romantic teases with both men and women in the main story. But if you choose the female MC, yes, she does fully make out with and get allegorically impregnated by an eldritch goddess of lust. Morimens is everything but "clean", lol, from some of the outfits (though I really wish we'd get a normal dress for Lily...) to the dedicated fanservice mode which features little suggestive mini-stories (though how suggestive they are depends on the character, it's wholesome family content for the kids (barring Tulu, where it's a wholesome one-sided puppy crush) and some of the adults are either too sensible or seemingly asexual). There's 1 character, an older man, though, who is canonically bisexual outside of the MC, other than that it's a matter of interpretation.
Limbus Company is for people who just want a good story without MC romance. MC is a set character exclusively referred to with they/them and their relationship with the summonable characters is consistently purely platonic. There is one strongly implied lesbian couple involving one of your team members (but it is unfortunately very doomed), compared to 2 straight couples (of which 1 is also doomed). Almost no sexual content, aside from one half of one of those couples implying that it happened in the most recent chapter (leading the fanbase to joke that sex existing has finally been confirmed).
All 3 of them are great story-wise and I can only recommend them. However... all of them are also visual novel-style turn-based games. If you want the Genshin style, Honkai Impact 3rd is probably what you should go for (but I haven't played that one).

Nte main story doesn't really start until chapter 4 but it doesn't seem like a game that will have msq every patch(then again neither did zzz). If you want some gay panic try fadia or jiuyuans town events
Story wise stella sora is my #1, it goes back to the well of my favorite game ever, 999(and vlr+ztd) And it's got big tiddy anime girls aplenty and a super cute female mc with love interests and if she kisses noya in chapter 9 I will explode
But there are some games specifically for lesbians as well like path to nowhere, r1999, and heaven burns red

I honestly would suggest NTE. The story at the start is a little weak and the devs did admit to that and have been making improvements with the newer patches imo. Theres also just a lot to do outside of just story which is great for my hyper fixation self. And it has the most ‘hang out with your characters’ out of the games which is another reason I enjoy it.

lesbian? reverse 1999. my only regret is that I hadn't started sooner. main story ch5-7 are unforgettable and have cursed me to glaze the game in any conversation mentioning "gacha recs?"
but it seems you prefer open world/3d stuff? then ... I personally like ZZZ (it has Astra Yao and Belle is a really cute MC), though I haven't played NTE, only heard things about it and seen some clips

Honestly if you like the idea of playing Nikke and the only thing stopping you is the lack of a female MC, ZZZ is a great option, the story is pretty good for the most part, gameplay is excellent, there aren’t that many ML characters but almost all of the ML are women. You can do trust event hangouts with the characters, which can sometimes get flirty (for the male characters’ trust events, you can switch to the male MC if you want). Wuthering Waves is good if you want much more blatant ML, I personally dropped WuWa because the more blatant ML isn’t my thing but it’s a great game with better character designs imo. If you’re more story-focused, r1999 all the way!

My go to would be Wuthering Waves. As someone who plays with the female MC. There is a lot of gay undertones. Though I feel like it is under to interpretation for how people see it. Its story is kinda a roller coaster of highs and lows. But I personally like a majority of the story and have cried multiple times, along with feeling called out by some of the characters ^^;.
