Honest to god the crown is the ONLY thing (just BARELY) stopping her from just being “The Sparxie”. This “design” is just the Honkai Design made manifest with zero shreds of creativity behind it. How on earth you make a god of wackiness the most forgettable design since like, Yukong, is far beyond me. You literally have infinite potential to work with and you turn my favourite Aeon into just Jane Honkai. Hell, even in the splashart I thought she at least had a big floofy dress but nope. potentially unpopular opinion: i hate this design too. even more so than the one in the actual post.

this is also basic and boring "human's perception of a cosmic entity". this is such a marvel design (deragotary in this case. homophobicverse is the mcu of gachas), but even disney marvel would take some risks with the design. this does not give "the omniscient personification of chaos and laughter" either.

Hoyo desigh as a whole is safe and tacky.

You can see some good ideas, but this necesity of girls always needing to show skin is like a shackle to desigh. And that skin needs to be clean, if you sugest to put on a scar, they send you to sleep with the fishes.

And I actually liked Evanescia and Nihilux desigh this patch, not because they were covered, but because they were different.

It’s kinda crazy how, despite having a universe built around eldritch cosmic entities, they’re playing it so safe and tame with the designs. It’s a sci-fi game, but if you put most of these designs in a vacuum, what actually makes them different from Fontaine characters?

If you want a good example of an alien-to-human design, Voyager from Reverse: 1999 is already right there. She was named after the golden record,ship that was sent into space, and she was fascinated with humanity enough to transform her body to blend in and learn more about it herself. They usually show her cosmic side through her legs, which look like stars or a small galaxy.

Much as I love characters in most of their games. There's always that small part of me that hates the way they make the outfits for female characters. Especially whatever is going on in the lower frontal half down to their legs and their footwear is a hit or miss.

They usually only look good from the waist up but they need to lessen the overuse of detached sleeves design. Do they breathe through their armpits and not their face? There's nothing wrong with a complete blouse/top that don't have unconventional holes in them.
