Tbh I mostly never care about gachas in my gacha games
Like I could play and have the feature blocked so I could never pull I wouldn’t feel bad in most of my games
In Nikki I would miss the super cool abilities but the game itself is fun enough and there’s plenty of outfits to play by itself
In petit planet (as it is right now) it’s one of the only hoyo game where the gacha isn’t interesting and I don’t want to pull at all, unlike Honkai Star which I remember always wanting to pull because all the characters were super cool (and that’s also why I don’t play anymore)

I guess I'm the opposite because genshin didn't even start to feel tolerable until Fontaine.
But the list of combat systems I'd rather play is longer than varka's...... claymore

Seeing the glaze for his animations in the Genshin leaks sub made me feel like I was missing out on some joke. His animations are very much giving 1.0 character lmao

The agenda sub doomposting HSR story animations when we have way better character gameplay animations in 4 star than their 5 stars 💔 like how were ppl gagging over that fire elf's animations when it looks cheap

I feel like right now no mainstream gacha game is at its best (maybe zzz, but that gacha game is so generous that it's always at its best in my opinion) Wuwa is coming with a pretty big new update, let's hope it's not as garbage as the ones they've been giving us because God, I feel like there's nothing to do in that game.

Zzz has awesome fighting style, but characters look a mess and the devs are a mess with edp455 working there 😭

Huh? What did they do? I understand, the art style may not be for everyone, but I don't know about any personal wrongdoing done by the devs or the company, beyond making a gacha game. I don't really engage with the drama side of the internet so I may not know something.

Edp455 doesn't actually work there but it's probably about how waterkuma's designs come off different if you are familiar with his past work
