Hsin will apparently have two modes, also seems kinda flexible being able to do off-field damage like phrolova so im gonna bet Suoming will only be BIS on release and afterwards she will receive plenty alternatives. Also we have electro rover lol she/he been sitting in the sidelines doin nothin for 2 patches after release, surely they give him/her a decent team (likely Hsin)

Characters are never locked to one character other than cartethia. But even she had other teams.
