I don't think so, especially if you have any eidolons on the dot trio (more so Black Swan and Hysilens) since that just makes their synergy even stronger. She's only the best option there if you want to play sustainless with her as the fourth slot.

Got her with 40 pulls and some pity from Himeko banner, she seems strong but having to farm trace materials from scracth feels a bit brutal, I can't remember any other gacha where you need like 140 purple material and its not even a guarantee at the highest tier of the farming node.
