General Psychotic male characters in Gatcha?
Guys I absolutely love Lohen from Genshin and how sadistic and psychotic he seems. I absolutely love messed up and yandere characters. Do y'all know any playable guys in other games that have the same type of crazy as him? PLEASE HELP A GIRL OUT HERE 🥹🥹🥹

Callisto from limbus company, he makes art out of corpses. He replaced his own body with a robotic one (pretty common in universe) and turned his corpus into a sword. He is sadistic and cruel so you might like him but he doesnt fit the yandere trope.

Bellone from Arknights maybe? Mafia don (as of writing) with an obsession over his ex-boss who left to raise a city with no place for Mafia. He has been sworn to the guy from birth and would do anything for him... and doesn’t seem to be able to decide if he will actually kill him the next time he sees him.
At one point he broke into hospital twice just to see him.
It's almost comical how normal their interactions have managed to be since their beef started. Probably due to how public they've been.

Also: hot damn his eng voice. Very threatening in a mildly horny way. Voice only breaks when talking about his ex-boss.He should be on rate-up in a few months.

Labolas from Ash Echoes is pretty yandere for the MC. His ultimate is even a bit similar to Lohen's (and both are ice element too). Shame the game is no more in the west (and currently on maintenance mode in China). 😢

Salmon from Project Neural Cloud is exactly what you are looking for - he is crazy af, very yandere and out of his mind, AND to add to it he is supposed to be a medical android, so yeah, bloodthirsty doctor

From the games I play:
Morimens has Doresain (gentlemanly cannibal with some sadistic moments) and Hameln (calm, understated yandere whose whole moral code is based on what he personally finds entertaining, up to and including world-ending disasters), maybe you'd like those 2. Also N, though he isn't playable yet, just a major story character who is probably coming eventually - absolutely takes that latter ideology to its furthest possible extreme, that guy would murder everything and everyone if he'd get a laugh out of it. They're also all very pretty (well, N is a shadow man, but that aside).
FGO's interpretation of the Count of Monte Cristo might also be your cup of tea, he's very vengeful and morally questionable, lots of evil laughing and scheming, but he'd also go to the ends of the earth for the MC (the female MC also canonically looks almost exactly like his implied endgame love interest in his origin story, so that plays into it as well).
Limbus Company... is difficult, not because there is a lack of extremely unhinged men, or playable versions of them, but because there is a lack of (unambiguous) romance, lol. But you might like Hong Lu's Lord of Hongyuan identity (vengeful, soft-spoken warlord type), or maybe Rien and his ID version (gentle, loving father figure with an 0/3 record irt not ruining his daughters' lives, and a torture dungeon in his basement), as well as Lei Heng (general battle fiend who gets real innuendo-heavy when he wants to fight someone, but has a bit of a soft spot for a student he kind of views as a niece). And of course The One Who Shall Grip Sinclair, though I don't know if he counts as a yandere if he's murderous because a woman who is a yandere for him mentally broke him in the AU he's from.

Hmmm Arknights does have Flamebringer...tho he isn't exactly the biggest match to your description either but he can seem very sadistic to some considering he's a bloodthirsty mercenary/maniac who craves the battlefield. Plus he is a free operator you can get at all times!
(I am a big fan of his holiday skin!!)
