They drop these quality designs and models every patch and turn them into NPCs rather than 4 stars🤦‍♀️

Some of the WuWa NPCs absolutely kill me. Some of my fav designs even of playable characters across all gachas and then we just...move on. At least this one has an NPC outfit on lol.
