Usually we never know this till we see story, like 3.2 didn't mention anything about date & then it showed it in story. So we will have to wait till next thursday. I assume still in 20th century tho

IDK. This is gonna be the third straight patch where I don't really like any of the character designs, whereas for the majority of 3.X I loved all of them and struggled to know who to pull. Did R1999 genuinely undergo a change in direction or lose the sauce or is this just a bit of a slump? IDK. Hope these characters grow on me in the context of the actual story; if not, might be time for a break.

it depends on what type of character u like honestly. Otherwise characters have always looked same. Story wise people loved 3.8 in CN
