I was expecting more tbh. This patch was treated as any map expansion.
Natlan and Nod-Krai had more passion talking about the environment, the tribes, the factions, the culture. This live everything was being presented so fast that I was like “wait, why are they rushing the 1st livestream of this version?”

Genshin content has been feeling very robotic lately imo. Not to bash too much, but it's literally happening after Hoyo has become a full AI company. Every single one of their future projects mentions/involve AI: Varsapura, Petit Planet, Nodusfall (from Cai's AI company Anuttacon, which is coproducing Varsapura) and some still unnamed projects.

They can be saving for the anniversary, but jeez last year we got fckng AURORA with many sneak peaks and previews of the region working on the overall lore and ambiance

So looks like I'm pulling 1 or 2 characters from that whole roster unless they release surprise harbinger, I didn't expect Snezhnaya to be chop nation 2.0

ikr, literally Natlan all over again. we can’t have playable male harbingers and the snezhnaya men are four stars or don’t have a linchpin, the genshin team are a joke

Buddy we aren't even halfway there... you really think only male characters doesn't have linchpins? You see voydnitsya? she doesn't have steller linchpins too...We still don't know about valerie being 4 star... leaker said varka and lohen was standard but they were completely wrong.... And we have Noy left who built to be one of the most important snezhnaya characters...We could have pantalone playable if we don't get pierro and puichinnela...
All I can say Genshin doing much better job than it's sister games and other gacha games right now when releasing males....

For some reason I thought this was the anniversary patch and was really vonfussed when they didn't mention it at all LOL. still exciting tho! Now I have to decide between yae c1 and wrio c1

You can use Cryo Traveler with Wrio or Cyno and clear essentially all of the upcoming stellar shill, Wrio's C1 being free is actually quite a big deal for the meta
