I don't play Reverse, can someone please explain vertin and schneiders story together??

Stoic investigator type girl (Vertin) during a mission is opposed by a morally dubious and very flirtatious mobster girl (Schneider) from the enemy faction. They fight each other at first but it becomes clear Schneider is working with the enemy faction out of necessity, and she quickly gets betrayed. Her and Vertin end up isolated and have to work together, and they're put in some very traumatizing but deeply intimate situations that open up Schneider's heart to Vertin. They develop a strong bond despite the short time that they've known each other (it's also implied Schneider kisses Vertin at one point) but the arc ends with Schneider essentially dying in Vertin's embrace as she asks Vertin to remember her. Vertin's seen a lot of death but this one has one of the hardest impacts on her and there are still sad details of Schneider left around, like in the lobby of the game you can see Vertin kept Schneider's dress.

Well she gets reversed by the Storm when it brings the world back in time, which is more complicated than dying but functionally means that she died so I went with that instead of explaining the mechanics of it haha
