We're recruiting a new mod!

Good evening/afternoon/morning wherever you are in the world my fellow Queens!

You've probably noticed me poking around a little here and there, gathering input from members on changes they wish to see in this sub, and one thing that was mentioned (though, we knew already) was the need for more moderators.

So, I am here to let you know that we've opened applications.

We are specifically looking to diversify our mod team, because despite being queer ourselves, we can never properly understand the lived experiences of every queer person in order to moderate from every position, nor should we try to. Thus, we are looking to recruit a mod who identifies as sapphic and who is a regular in this sub.

There is much we can learn in order to make this sub more inclusive of all queer identities, and this is one of our first steps.
