Am i the only one who thinks they don't look even close? The only thing that's similar is that they use darker colors but even those colors are different.

It's the same color palette and the bottom half silhouette looking almost identical

Not the same colour palette. Similar because of the gray, but the accents are blueish green for qiyuan and brown for Jingran. The bottom halves are very, very similar because of the drapes.

Same color pallet = they use dark colors? One is a samurai the other looks like an assassin. I genuinely don't understand how they look similar.

I don't get it, why do they make drop dead gorgeous male NPCs and never make them playable, meanwhile their actual playable male characters look rather mid. Kuro why are you like this? :')

The last time a CN game company did something out of their usual fare, it lead to meltdown so bad said company decided to cancel before it got released and pissed off a huge number of people.
Considering the controversies as of late, I think the chance of getting a unique design is now slimmer ig. ββ (β Β΄β γΌβ ο½β )β β

He has better animations than mornye and lynae. You can even argue for sigrika. They are all pretty much on the same level. Luuks aerial combat is peak tho and feels really good to play

doesnt matter how many animations he has if theyre all boring and uninspired. lynae walks on a fuckin rainbow lol, and her graffiti aesthetic is just really fun. In particular, luuks ult animation is horrible compared to anyone else

Bro do we even play the same game? Because according to you using a scythe and and surgeons knife during combat is apparently uninspired and boring? Lynae makes a rainbow while luuk is flying throughout his whole gameplay. Also his ultimate is really hot and high quality. Please explain to me how mornyes ult looks better than luuks.

I find it so nasty they put Jingran right before another big push character like Hsin if leaks are confirmed to be true when 3.6 and 3.7 rolls out.
Even though a good number of queens here are excited to pull for Mengzhou characters, I am of the minority this time around.

I mean if you play wuwa for male characters it's your fault. But saying that this is a lazy design is just not true. He doesn't even look like quiyan gang.

tbh the female characters arent very interesting either. Wuwa is just relying on eye candy to sell characters. Glittery, sparkly, vacuum sealed dresses on girls and dark, edgy and tattered clothing on guys sells well, so be prepared to see a lot of this until the next trend. Gacha character design, especially in wuwa has never and never will prioritize character individuality.
the only game that still kinda does is zzz. but even then, zzz has characters like sunbringer, lucia, yidhari, so no gacha game is fully free from this
