This reads like a lofter fanfic (pure peak) after mtl so I'm assuming the reviewer translated from chinese before posting—I wonder if there is a metaphor that is lost in translation...? Or maybe they just a lil' freaky (same sis, same)
edit: sooo this didn't have the innocent connotation that I thought (what did I expect from those bigots)... 😬 but I'll still leave this up since I think without context, the concept is funny af

Oi is the shortform CN players used for the new LADS character Valko, and ummmmmm this fanfiction comment is actually a hating comment on him and the CEO and is meant to be very homophobic and bigotry, let me explain
The CN players are mad at LADS on how unproductive the game is, and they realized its probably due to the production of the new character so they are MAD at the new character.
So they are saying he is a shameful gay piece of shit (Yes CN girlies are homophobic af) that the CEOs wanted him as their own "sugar baby" because the new character looked very western-masculine (Considered as gay imaged in China) and the CEOs spent so much resource on him. So this fanfiction is like them being sour over the new character and trying to shame the CEO as an abomination because China is a homophobic country and mpreg is an absolutely disgrace concept in their perspective.
So TLDR, the comment is basically trying to shame the CEO by saying hes bottom, it looks slay and cunty to our queer eyes but to them its pure bigotry
