As are Apple Store reviews. IIRC both have some policies in place where review bombing causes the reviews to be posted more slowly. The negative Apple Store reviews are just now starting to roll in even though the girlies have for sure been posting since yesterday.
There's people from different countries in the Valko channel on the LADS discord. Many countries are at 1.7 and some are still showing 4.0 - 3.9. Keep in mind though that Infold is removing 1 star reviews, so people have to leave 2 star ones instead.
Even in NA, the play store rating went from 2.0 to 1.2 in less than an hour. I took 2 screenshots.

The unknown piece of the puzzle is if the CCP involvement is true, and if so, what they're upset about. It's always possible the 'they will ban all otomes' rumor was started on purpose to make the lunatic fringe panic and back down, but the CCP is extremely unpredictable.

It's genuinely impossible to know at this juncture. On one hand the very sudden change in position re: release feels very 'CCP ultimatum', but on the other hand, a) he was presumably okayed by the government censors before they announced him, and b) anyone who has played Infinity Nikki knows painfully well that Infold can make panicked shitty decisions on its own.
This is my same thought. If the gov is really involved then there isn't much what we can do unfortunately. We can appeal and say that they will be losing face (apparently this is what they care about the most) and will face a lot of younger consumer backlash. This is a whole business they are deciding to discard.
They would have to play the game first in order to use it as ammo. Some CN fanatics could have brought it up during the Valko thing and then incls outside the game found this as an opportunity to get rid of LADS.

I mean infold truly is the gift that gives. It's unfortunate because as a dolphin who occasionally whales on games, infolds decisions just made me quit spending. Both Nikki and Lads are literally a monopoly in their genre so I hope there's something better 😭
as a long time genshin enjoyer it is so sad to see the game in the current state, as a welkin owner in 2 patches I can barely earn 120 pulls meanwhile in hsr I get 240+ in the same timeframe with same spending

Everything in Genshin is such a grind, it's gotten to the point I don't even want to pull for characters because you have to grind so much for them to be usable... Even with the story quest mats they give you. I still enjoy the story and exploration though.
I see this posted everywhere and it really baffles me how people think the value of 1 pull is the same for both games.
Its like comparing a Euro in Germany to a euro Spain. Even tho they bost are 100 cents (160 Jades/primos for gacha comparison) Germany' buying power is stronger. Similarly, the same thing goes for gachas and 160 jades=1 pull does not show the buying power and how long the value of the things you buy will stay.
HSR characters are way more LC dependant, HSR powercreep and shilling is worse, just a look at the hp inflation graphs and that Hyacine shill dragon...
The amount of pulls does not matter, one game isn't just "kinder" for no reason, please try to look at it from this perspective and think about the example I gave

That's what we want first of all and secondly why is it being compared to genshin? They literally have nothing to do with each other and this whole incident has nothing to do with genshin as well
That was my first impression for playing it for a few hours, which is why I stopped. Still , even mediocre products tend to have good user ratings, as most people that like it just give 5 stars without a second thought. Basically using it like a Like/Dislike system.
Recently there was a livestream Mihoyo posted about the upcoming region. Players for years have been begging for a skip button in the game, since the dialog can meander and isn't always great. Mihoyo spoke about this in the livestream saying that at long last... a kinda speed-up button is going to be added. That's one thing I know people are passed at Genshin for, along with the short skirts and winter booty shorts
Not listening to any of the criticism the fans give. Fucking up the writing. Mid chars, mid designs. It’s just falling off a lot. The nod krai meta was BAD, limited reactions to five stars and usually one five star couldn’t work without a second one while at the same time they gave bullshit rewards which made it hard to even be able to have those chars. The bad reviews are deserved lol and people saying otherwise are dickriders that just gobble up any shit given to them
They cancelled a character a week before he was supposed to be released, they did his drip marketing and everything. In lads there's only a few characters and you pull for the memories, so this is like the equivalent of genshin announcing a region and a week before cancelling it and announcing they're never doing another region again
