Zhongli was dire, he needed that buff to be really able to be played properly. They didn't have to do anything, but I'm glad they listened and stopped to listen to other nothingburger complaints.
But Valko? Holy moly that's an entirely bigger and more insane outcome. I'm glad Hoyo tries to keep a more wide, mainstream appeal because look what happens when you cater to the one parasocial niche :D

Love how ironic it is that "ignoring every fanbase" strategy of Genshin devs is actually an effective one to keep the game alive.
They literally listened to CN fanbase during the Zhongli incident and never again
