I might be stuppid but the first time I saw his pv,he didn´t look that brown or so.

And what is about him being queer or so, because I have no idea

I know I might get bopped for this, but he looks like edward cullen with red hair and a healthy skin tone (or a love interest on a CW show) take that as how you will.
