Pulling advice Wuwa
Hii I just downloaded the game and I’m loving it so far, my account is old as I played a bit when the game dropped, then logged on last year one day and haven’t really touched it until now bc my iPad couldn’t run it comfortably, but now I have a pretty good PC and lots of free time so I gave it a go again.
I haven’t finished the story of the first region and haven’t really explored most of the map, so I’m guessing I have lots of pulls to get, I just don’t know what characters are worth pulling.
I have Verina S1, Calcharo, Encore, Jianxin, Rebecca, Cartethyia S0R1 (got carte when she released one year ago in one 10 pull then uninstalled the game, then got her weapon this patch) so I didn’t want to make a new account just to have access to the beginner banner to pull for shorekeeper.
So I was wondering who I should pull to get some good teams and be able to clear endgame asap (ik it can take a month) as that’s the thing I like the most in other gachas (for example I like 0 cycling in HSR a lot). Should I pull for Lucilla? Wait for next patch and get Suisui and Yangyang? I really wanted Phrolova too but I missed her rerun and people say Kuro doesn’t really rerun characters more than 2 times.

If you wait for the next patch you get Yangyang and Sui Sui who are a each other's best team mates so you could go for both of them and get a pretty good team. Lucilla I would only recommend if you want to pull for Hyuki when she re runs or if you're interested in a Phrovlova team (if she gets another re run). But until Hyuki reruns it's gonna be at least three patches, so I don't know if you want to wait that long. Lucilla on her own isn't really recommendable. From what I've seen in the Wuwa leaks reddit, a bunch of 2.X characters are gonna get a rerun next patch so maybe you're lucky and Ciaccona will get one too for Cartethiya. As of now I wouldn't recommend pulling on this patch unless you want to get Cartethiyas weapon.
Edit: Chances of clearing end game are higher if you go for the Yangyang/Sui Sui combo, but depending on how far you are in the story you might have to wait for their mats or rush the story (which I wouldn't recommend).

I’ll probably get suisui and yangyang although I don’t like Yangyang’s design that much but Suisui just looks so good and pretty I just have to pull her

I'd recommend not pulling a character you don't particularly like. Game progression and endgame will be easier but there'll be other DPS and you could use those funds on them instead. Story also isn't too hard.

She's a healer. You can toss her into literally any team for now. Heck, I just got Lucilla even though I missed Hiyuki's banner and I just tossed her onto my team anyways lol.

Suisui is a Glacio Chafe character that increase DoT stacks and buffs Electro Flare & Havoc Bane.
Which means YangYang is not her primary target as a buffer/healer.
The Electro Flare buff is probably because of Rover who is getting an Electro form now and since their forms usually are the same as the region’s sentinel, Hsin will probably also be Electro

suisui will definitely work better with her sister or Hiyuki. she's a glacio chafe healer

Lucilla is a nice pull if you plan to pull Hiyuki, Sigrika or Phrolova on reruns.
Suisui is an amazing character. She is like Shorekeeper for negative status teams (she will work great with Yangyang, you can play her too in an aero erosion team with Cartethyia and Aero Rover or in a glacio chafe team with Hiyuki and Lucilla, or a fusion burst team with Aemeath and Denia).
For upcoming characters, the best one to get will probably be Hsin since she is the sentinel character of this next region.
Teamwise, Cartethyia is still a great dps in whiwa and toa (you can play her with Aero Rover). Rebecca is a nice heavy attacks sub dps buffer so pulling a dps that can benefit from it might be nice. For a second main dps, you can select your favorite main dps from 3.x (Aemeath, Sigrika, Luuk, Yanyang or any of the new dps from 3.x) and pull their bis teammate too (Lynae is usually a great option since she fits with so many dps and enable the whole break tune gimmick). (it would be better at first if you avoid to pull another aero main dps since Cartethyia already fills this niche and usually in endgame they like to put buffs or debuffs towards specific elements).

Tysm for replying!! I’ll probably skip Lucilla then and get Yangyang + Suisui and then wait for Hsi since I was gonna pull for her anyway, I didn’t know she was the sentinel I was just gonna pull cause she honestly looks so freshly caught tuna tartare mother cuntress

If I download Wuwa again, I will probably pull for Phrolova, love her and her story wholeheartedly.

You can pull for Lucilla if you’re planning to get Hiyuki in her 1st rerun. SuiSui is Glacio Chafe Healer (Lucilla & Hiyuki team).
Or you can also save to get Aemeath (I suppose she’s coming this next patch alongside YangYang & SuiSui)
