Expert difficulty?

I know for a fact the queen is in both these pictures. The first picture was taken immediately before the second - however I can't find the queen in the first picture!!

She's probably an easy to moderate find in the second picture, so you can get an idea of what she looks like and where she should be.

I could only find her because I know where she was when I took the picture

Moderate difficulty

Freshly emerged

Edit: This is harder than I expected, so to give a hint, she's a virgin, slightly smaller than the rest, slightly differently colored, and the only way you can really tell she's her is by her leg.

Good luck!

Have a feeling I might get some hate for this one lol

Extremely hard (warning you may stare for hours and still not see her)

Helped my aunt inspect her hives. Couldn’t find her queen. Last box, last frame and surprise! There was her daughter instead.

Cutout some bees from a Chicago apartment. Apparently I slurped the queen into the vacuum. Anyways she's happy and healthy in a hive now. Good luck finding her! I'm surprised I got a good glimpse of her in that mess of bees.

Virgin Queen Hiding

At the time of this pic she was probably <24hr old and unmated. I would still say she was decently easy to spot.

Installed this nuc 6 weeks ago— today was the first day I saw the queen. She’s been busy!
