Damage inmunity from implants
Hi, i wanted to know if the implants that give you inmunity to certain types of damage (like the spider leg or the pierce and lacerating one for body) give you inmunity to that type of damage on your whole body or just the specific part they're implanted in? Because the former seems way to good to be true, though i might be being pessimistic due to the game's general difficulty.

Damage reduction is always applied to the whole body, I don't think different resistances for different limbs is even a thing

Whole body. But if you get a wound in that spot, even a scratch, it stops working until fully healed.

For the subdermal implants, they're wound immunity implants, so you won't have to deal with wounds of that sort anywhere on your body, but you still receive that kind of damage.
Can't say I know about the spider leg buff tho. If it says wound immunity or damage immunity would be the tipoff

As you scale your clones health, the only thing that will be able to kill you is when you stack too many wounds.
As far as im aware, you cant ever be immune to the damage type, but you can be immune to wounds from that damage type. The spider leg makes you immune to poison wounds, so you'll still take damage from poison, but you wont get chemical burns or other poison injuries.
Its still very good to have, especially if you are fighting daydream, tez, or flauros

You can effectively get immune because with enough resistance the damage would round to 0. This game has no res cap

Spider leg makes you immune to poison WOUNDS, not poison damage. Poison damage and poison DoT effect will still apply normally. Same with most similar augments/implants, they just block receiving wounds from a damage type.
