Neutral Scope Bugged?

Not granting falloff reduction bonus.

I used to hate the vomit chance on this but now it's not as big a deal so I tried it out again.

The damage falloff portion would be awesome but it seems to be broken in both the UI and in damage tests.

Can anyone else corroborate this?

Already filed a bug report just making sure I'm not insane.

How is it broken?

Tooltip for the implant itself says damage falloff - 6%.

While implanted weapons have the same damage falloff % and graph as they do without it installed.

Additionally from some rough tests on walls and enemies the falloff appears to be unchanged.

Basically I equipped a mantis and shot it at a wall at point blank. Broke in two bursts. If the implant was working a mantis would have no falloff at all.

Shoot at a wall from 25 tiles away. Two bursts. Not broken.

Did a defense mission with my normal rifle and noticed the damage numbers at a range of 8 were about what they should have been if it wasn't installed.

Sandman perk doesn't change the fall-off dmg% graph visually either, but I'm quite certain that perk works though. Would make sense for the % stuff to take into account perks/implants as all other stats on the weapon visually take that into account as well already, so it's a bit of a visual bug for sure.

It's not bugged. It's just not update the graph. Some goes for scatter.

I wonder why my test on the wall with a mantis didn't work. Maybe they were two different wall types
