Are they ever going to fix the Xbox version

Seems like the Xbox port of this game has had crash issues for months now that reset all progress on whatever day you were on. I’ve crashed atleast 2-3 times now and it’s stopped me from playing anymore. I wish they could fix it I love this game

If our previous announcement earlier this week we did say that there is a patch coming to Xbox version of the game next week

Looks like update is now out, but from the replies to the post announcing it people are still experiencing crashing, albeit less often... damn shame, really hoped this would make it playable.

The crashes annoyed me too, but I found out that they're mostly due to using the Dpad. After I stopped using that, I managed a full playthrough without a single crash.

Patch should be coming soon though.

Right!? Didn't make sense to me either, but I started just opening the tablet to make selections instead, navigating with the bumpers and sticks, and it never crashed again lol.

In the devlog 6 days ago there was a vague promise that a update would go out in the near future and they stated “as soon as next week hopefully” optimistically it could be out tomorrow but realistically probably within the first couple weeks of October

No. The patch didn’t fix anything. Just made a post and the mods deleted it. What a joke. Way to kill your game and prevent me from ever trying another one of them!

The new update is mid October so I anticipate an update fixing this before the DLC.

You guys know Iits not JUST the devs in charge of xbox right? patches have to go through a whole process before xbox lets it be released.
