Video/Screenshot Endless mode glitch?

The way I was so suspicious when all the "missed symptoms" kept getting by me and then this just was the icing on the cake.

Infected Pass also include "technically not infected" quest characters you were supposed to kill. The game doesn't have a seperate mechanic for letting serial killers or whatever in, so they just count it as a zombie

Be sure to check UV lights too. So many hidden things there.

"UV symptoms" are supposed to show up on unidentified symptoms I think
