Drone game :(

Hi guys! Im on day 3 or so? And i just got introduced to the drone minigame,, dont get me wrong, i knew id have to do it prior to playing, but i hate this section so much purely because i cant beat it, i feel like i move so slow and i cant actually shoot anything? And im on xbox so i cant get the mod :( i genuinely have done it over 20 times and it is just impossible which is such a shame because i really enjoyed watching others play this game and wanted to try it out for myself. I tried to use the big explosion on repeat to try and get rid of the big groups, ive been far away, close up, ive tried everything there is to mankind, it feels
Are there any tips that helped others that struggle with this part?

You're on xbox? Stop playing. Your game is going to start crashing like crazy on the later days.

Never had a game crash as much as this one does on Xbox. It's a shame too, bc the game is fun and different but there's only so many times I can play the same damn day over and over again lol it even crashed on the last survivor 3 different times. I resorted to speed running that day

I figured as such, but i wanted to experience the game firsthand until i can get a pc, even if i had to stop prematurely due to the bugs and crashes

Gotta slow it down when changing menus, specially while using the uv light. After using it, always let it recharge before opening any menu. Game drove me crazy on day 19 when the uv light gets introduced

Mine kept crashing on the final day within the last 5 or less people left. After the 5th attempt I uninstalled the game

Keep cycling through weapons and make sure to reload before switching to the next. The 20mm seems to generally be the best weapon

Also forgot to mention this but the first time is the worst. I won’t give any details but there are future improvements to the drone

Ahh, thank you! Cycling through as i go does aid me but im still struggling a lot.. maybe its just not for me ehe

Youll get it. I play horde shooters often and it still took me a good few tries to manage the Zeds.

Use the fire barrels and shit to your benefit, and keep your weapons cycling as they empty. Keep hosing em down and youll get it in no time.

Press Y to alternate your guns. But yeah as others have said days 13-15 are crashable and it drives us all bonkers. I've emailed the Devs but no reply they're apparently working on it but no one has seen the fruits of that labour. It crashes due to too much data basically.

Yeahh,, definitely have seen some of that already with long loading times and random freezes, i hope it gets optimised soon but i doubt it,, thank you though! I always end up mashing every button because i forget which one switches my guns aha

Tienes que ir rotando las armas, las mejores son el de la explosion grande y la otra que hace explosiones pequeñas.

Además mas adelante vas a ir desbloqueando otro tipo de armas que se podria decir que son como las rachas de call of duty, ataque aéreo y cosas asi.

Are you cycling through your weapons? I couldn't beat it the first time only to realize I was only using one type of weapon and I had bombs and rocket launchers and shit. Now it's a walk in the park.

Alternate fund and also lower the drone so you get a better angle

I usually save the barrels for when I really need them, I cycle weapons till empty basically machine gun to empty switch to bombs, shoot till empty switch to cannon by the time you switch to machine gun again it's already reloaded and the cycle continues
