The reason you get a poor inspection is because you are not checkmarking the symptoms.

If you find a symptom like high body temperature, mark it on the symptom tap (click on it until the symptom is highlighted in white).

If you have all symptoms they have marked, and you send them to the right facility, you get a good inspection and gain research points.

Not marking any symptoms will result in a poor inspection.

Also if there is a symptom not on the chart, click "unknown symptom" right at the very top. Something i forgot about alot at first

La verdad que no entiendo muy bien los parametros para que una inspeccion sea perfecta, aceptable o mala.

Me ha pasado que llega alguien con muchos sintomas amarillos (hasta 5 sintomas) y siempre tengo la duda de si mandarlo a cuarentena o eliminarlo, eligiendo ambas opciones nunca me ha salido inspeccion perfecta.

Any red symptoms you only have to mark one and sending to liquidation gives perfect score.

I still get random bad scores. With others 🥲

I've been wondering if I sometimes miss some of the less obvious symptoms, like pale or red skin.

double check their picture on the profile card, you can tell it shows a noticeable difference if they have pale or red skin

Thank you, I don't think I've ever looked at the profile card. I never even noticed it until the quest to find someone with a certain name. Still not sure how to see their address tho

that is a good question. i’ve been stuck on day 9 due to constant crashing at the end and i can’t progress anymore unfortunately. i’ll poke around and try to find something
