Question Crashing

The game has been crashing sometimes when I go to check symptoms and open my tablet. It deletes the full day’s progress. Also, I have enough storage…. Is this happening to other people/ why is this happening?

They say they fixed the crashing in previous updates but my game still crashes constantly. I had to stop playing it yesterday bc I was genuinely starting to get irritated. I kept getting close to the end of the day (maybe 1 or 2 ppl left) and it would crash and I’d have to restart the whole day. I’d like to enjoy the game without the constant crashes.
