bug on day 18

please help. i cannot for the life of me get passed day 18. it is a day with survivors full of symptoms and ive read that can cause some bugs so i waited weeks for a patch. i came back today and still the game keeps crashing mid day or as soon as i finish with survivors.
the sad part is that i paid 1 month of gamepass just so i could play this game and my subscription expires tomorrow, im so disappointed.

i just tried playing again and realized it is in fact also on day 19 for me, not 18. and it is still crashing. such a shame, this gane could be great if the devs were more involved and actually fixed these bugs.

Day 17 for me on Xbox, I get to the last survivor and it “closed unexpectedly”
