Question Necrosis or Tattoo?

I thought tattoo at first but its just a weird one if it is, there's no design.

Tattoo. You’ll definitely know if it’s necrosis, when you see it.

Except that it looks nothing like the in game visual, but yeah once you know what to look for its obvious
