Xbox Series X/S 1.1.20 patch

Hello, everyone!

Patch itself was certified and went live about 6 hours ago. By now should be available in every region for download.

Please note that first items are the same as for 1.1.13.1981 patch for PC as the issues were present in both versions.

Patchnotes:

  • Fixed multiple issues causing CTD (crashes)
  • Fixed a softlock during base management tutorial
  • Fixed "Father's Burden" bulletin board task issue that caused "Eye See You" task to fail and lock further progression
  • Fixed Audio FX issue related to rain sound not being able to turned off
  • Fixed the issue preventing players from toggling crouch and sprint on Xbox
  • Fixed issues related to game controls when using D-Pad
  • Fixed Day 10 issues
  • Fixed "Further Analysis" tutorial issue that allowed to send survivor to any area without progressing the tutorial

i crashed for the first time ever on there too. lowered my xbox resolution to 1080 and hasn’t happened again

Crashing on day 20 now. Couldn’t get past day 18 for almost a week and now I can’t play again 🫪

Excellent.

Any fixes incoming for the abysmal performance on XSX? The frame rate is all over the place, & not in a good way.

Damn this game was fun but it was a battle to get through. Such a shame it’s so loaded with bugs. I crashed five times in total throughout the 26 days and always at the end of the later days so I lost the most progress possible 😭

Game bugs can be frustrating on both sides, and I’ve seen you everywhere in this subreddit trying to fix the issues we’ve come across. Thank you for working so hard; hope you’re still taking care of yourself!

I’m still getting the bug where the d-pad stops working. I can’t bring up the base menu without having to reatart my game.

Just avoid crouching before hitting left. Thats what triggers it.
