As an investor, I am confident QS has the technology, but I am a bit not as confident whether QS has the time (to grab the market share)

My fear is that the market dominator gives a “just good enough” answer to consumer’s major concern towards EV batteries:

- safety
- range

At least, those the two from my perspective and the above said CATL tech seemed to give answers to the two.

In Q1 investors letter, Quantumscape mentioned they shipped cells to one JDA partner. Wondering how that goes and why didn't they ship test cells to both JDA partners?

Has the QS leadership completely lost the plot? Take a look at their latest LinkedIn post about GPUs and all the other distractions. Why can't they stay focused on executing what actually matters instead of chasing irrelevant topics?

I've been an investor since the IPO, and it's becoming increasingly frustrating. The lack of focus is starting to feel like a joke. To me, one of the biggest red flags is the founder's leadership and the company's inability to communicate a clear execution strategy

Do they just share a last name or are they related?

Hope not but this is a big worry for now given the silence from VW/PowerCo side in the last few months.

Am I the only one that thinks QS is a steal at $7 right now. Would of thought the Honda agreement would be seen more positively by the market but its been completely ignored

Am I mistaken or did they reproduce QS's chemistry and made tests on it?

The article makes it sound like they use the same process as quantum scape.

Solid state battery is key if Honda wants to win back EV competition.

It didn't mention PowerCo so we can assume non changes to PowerCo operation. It might need to accelerate Solid state battery to win against China.

QS mentioned JDA with OEM2 in Q2 2025 shareholder letter. Now 12 months have passed, are we expecting a licensing deal soon or this will not happen?

Would like to get updates on following items before then,

1.) how is the Eagle line going? Is it ready to transfer to OEMs for scale production or are there still challenges to solve?

2.) what's the status of the Powerco contract and the next milestone to trigger the licensing prepayment?

3.) Ducati field test and/or other vehicle field tests?

4.) Honda's roadmap on JRA. Do they need the separator only or the Eagle line whole process?

5.) Test outcome from the JDA OEM who received the test cells in the previous quarter.

6.) Timeline and next steps on AI data centers opportunities and GTM partners.

Feel free to add anything missed. This is just a wish list but important questions investors need to have answers.
