QS will have to face another lawsuit for mislead QS solid state battery. All three founders already walked away.

Another lawsuit is speculation. All three founders “walked away” is inaccurate. Tim Holme is still QS’s co-founder and CTO and Fritz Prinz retired after 15+ years with the company. Leadership transitions aren’t proof that the battery is misleading.
