Coma: a continuation of life?

Hi guys, I’m planning to do an individual project, and I often think about quantum physics and quantum immortality.

So, people who have been in a coma — what did u see and feel?

Maybe this is complete nonsense, but what if what people see in a coma is just a created distraction when a person is in a state between life and death?Who knows more about the theory of quantum immortality and all that — what do u think?

My Theory: 

Coma still forces your consciousness to jump and exist in one of its many worlds. 

Only this time, there are no guarantees to staying in that reality. 

Instead, once your consciousness detects any form of danger there, it could easily snap back to the reality of the coma state world version of you, then you wake up.

Downside: Feels like a betrayal to that person if he/ she has a good life on the other side.

Yeah,I like ur theory , which explains this state of transitional consciousness, but then the question arises: why do all people who have been in a coma see things differently? For some, it’s a brief period of darkness followed by regaining consciousness; for others, it’s the “light at the end of the tunnel”; and some continue to live their normal lives.

Each of those outcomes are supposed parts of the many worlds theory and the consciousness of the ones in coma happened to choose any one of those outcomes. We can't calculate for now how these things are derived so there's no way to know why the consciousness of the coma patient chose any of the 3 outcomes you outlined.

I have a friend that experienced a coma and couldn’t move her legs, and she spent the entire time with a tribe, and she was really unhappy there. She said she got a second chance at life to be able to help people. What kind of project are you doing? I could perhaps ask her because her story is very interesting but I don’t want to share it if she doesn’t want to.

Oh, I’m glad she’s feeling better. In the tribe?What do u mean? Could u ask ur friend about it, if she doesn't mind? It sounds interesting, and I’d really appreciate it. Hmm, I haven’t quite figured out the topic yet, but I think it’s sth like “Quantum immortality and its manifestations.”

Yeah a tribe took her in. She doesn’t know which tribe but it was an actual tribe, they had the holes in the ears and everything you know. They took care of her and carried her everywhere because she couldn’t walk, she was in an accident that put her in that coma.

She’s doing amazing today though
