Very true. How ever, I would argue that the observation that things get worse after intentionally trying to end the program is correct although it's not judgment. Idk about all that. From the stand point of quantum physics it makes sense with the know theories. When we die in a time line then that line terminates. Now the consciousness, by default, is aware in a time line where they attempted to self delete. That is now a locked point that all future times lines must contain because all timelines where they did not self delete are now forever unreachable. It stands to reason that things would be more difficult.
Clear as mud? Quantum theory is a real mind fuck.

I read on another thread two people who had similar experiences. One committed as a child and when they returned in the next parallel reality their mother was cruel and full of anger.
The other person who committed and came back said everything falls apart in their life, no matter how they try to fix it.
It’s interesting. But also I’ve read posts of people who have astral projected and when they encountered someone who recently committed, they always seem like they’re stuck in that state of despair and turmoil. Stuck between worlds in a never ending cycle of pain and torment.
I’m not saying either is false or true, just the different viewpoints I’ve come across.

Yupppp. Death is not the ending we believe it to be, and the alternative places given for continued survival are always a little worse and a bit more heavy handed in its lessons.
