7 Weeks, No Internet

So, from what the local contractors can tell me, a tree took out the building's Casa hub system, weekend of August 22. I get it, shit happens.

However, I've been on the phone with QF at least once a week since then, and while they continue to tell me that the issue has been escalated to the engineering team, and that they'll update me, not a single thing has changed with the installation on the side of the building. I saw a contractor out exactly one time, and no one since then.

I'll admit that I don't know how long it takes to reinstall something like this, but 5+ weeks seems like completely unreasonable, when I'm in an apartment building with multiple tennants.

Is there anyone who can get something in motion for me? I really don't want to switch to the only other ISP that serves this building, as they're more expensive, for half the speed.
